Open Meeting Technologies LLC ("Company" or "We") respects your privacy, and we are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

• The types of information we may collect or that you may provide when you download, install, register with, access, or use the Open Meeting mobile application (the "App") or register with, access, or use the Open Meeting website available at https://openmeetingtech.com/ (the "Website" and collectively with the App, the "Platform").
• Our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This policy applies only to information we collect in the Platform and in email, text, and other electronic communications sent through or in connection with the Platform.

This policy DOES NOT apply to information that:

• We collect offline or on any other Company apps or websites, including websites you may access through this Platform.
• Is collected by any third party, including through any application or content that may link to or be accessible from or through the Platform.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not download, register with, access, or use this Platform. By downloading, registering with, accessing, or using this Platform, you agree to this privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy). Your continued use of this Platform after we revise this policy means you accept those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

Children Under the Age of 16

The Platform is not intended for children under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 16, please contact us at support@openmeetingtech.com.

Information We Collect and How We Collect It

We collect information from and about users of our Platform:

• Directly from you when you provide it to us, including, but not limited to, when you register on the Platform, fill out a form, or in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available on the Platform.
• Automatically as you navigate through the Platform. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies and other tracking technologies.
• When you report a problem with our Platform.

Information You Provide to Us

When you download, register with, or use this Platform, we may ask you provide information:

• By which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, email address, telephone number, photograph of you, and birthdate ("Personal Information").
• That is about you but individually does not identify you, including, but not limited to, your demographic information and government or organization affiliation.

This information includes:

• Information that you provide by filling in forms in the Platform. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use the Platform, posting material, and using the services and features of the Platform. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with the Platform.
• Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses and phone numbers), if you contact us.
• Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.
• Details of transactions you carry out through our Platform and of the fulfillment of your orders. You may be required to provide financial information before placing an order through our Platform.
• Your search queries on the Website.

You may also provide information for publication or display ("Posted") on public areas of the Platform (collectively, "User Contributions"). Your User Contributions are Posted and transmitted to others at your own risk. Although we limit access to certain pages of the Platform, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of third parties with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

Automatic Information Collection

When you download, access, and use the Platform, it may use technology to automatically collect:

• Usage Details. When you access and use the Platform, we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the Platform, including traffic data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the Platform.
• Device Information. If you use a mobile device to access the Platform, we may collect information about your mobile device and internet connection, including the device's unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, and the device's telephone number.
• Computer Information. If you use a computer to access the Platform, we may collect information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type.
• Location Information. The Platform may collect real-time information about the location of your mobile device or computer.

If you do not want us to collect this information do not download the App, delete the App from your device, or do not access the Website.

Information Collection Technologies

The technologies we use for automatic information collection may include cookies (or mobile cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on your mobile device or computer, that we use for Platform functioning, navigation, login and security. It may be possible to refuse to accept cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your mobile device or computer browser. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of the Platform.

We also may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or other online services (behavioral tracking).

Third-Party Information Collection

When you use the Platform or its content on a mobile device, certain third parties may use automatic information collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. These third parties may include:

• Your mobile device manufacturer.
• Your mobile service provider.

These third parties may use tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use Platform. The information they collect may be associated with your Personal Information or they may collect information, including Personal Information, about your online activities over time and across different websites, apps, and other online services websites. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content.

We do not control these third parties' tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.

How We Use Your Information

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any Personal Information, to:

• Provide you with the Platform and its services and contents, and any other information, products, or services that you request from us.
• Process your requests for information and respond efficiently to your questions.
• Notify you when Platform updates are available, and of changes to any products or services we offer or provide though it.
• To provide you with notices about your account or subscription, including expiration and renewal notices.
• To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.
• To allow you to participate in interactive features on our Platform.
• To maintain and share meeting records, including displaying meeting participants.
• Fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.

The usage information we collect helps us to improve our Platform and to deliver a better and more personalized experience by enabling us to:

• Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.
• Track the Platform's performance.
• Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our Platform according to your individual interests.
• Recognize you when you use the Platform.

With your consent, we may also use your information to contact you about our own and third parties' goods and services that may be of interest to you. If you do not want us to use your information in this way, please do not provide your consent when asked.

We may use artificial intelligence tools ("AI Tools") developed by us or by third parties to process information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any Personal Information. We may also use your information to help train any Al tools we develop. We maintain security policies to ensure administrative, physical and technical safeguards required to ensure the confidentiality of your Personal Information in connection with our use and training of the AI Tools.

Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose aggregated, de-identified information about our users for any legal reason, provided that any de-identification is performed in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

In addition, we may disclose Personal Information that we collect, or you provide as described in this privacy policy:

• To our subsidiaries and affiliates.
• To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep Personal Information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.

• If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our customers, or others.

Your Choices About Our Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Your Information

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the Personal Information you provide to us. We collect Personal Information from you only if you voluntarily submit such information to us. You always have the option to not supply Personal Information. If you choose not to provide Personal Information, it may prevent you from obtaining access to all the features of the Platform or communicating with us through the Platform.

You can choose whether or not to allow the Platform to collect and use real-time information about your device's location through the device's privacy settings. If you block the use of location information, some parts of the Platform may become inaccessible or not function properly.

You can set your mobile device or computer browser to refuse all or some cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies or block the use of other tracking technologies, some parts of the Platform may then be inaccessible or not function properly.

We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") on the NAI's website.

Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information

You can review and change your Personal Information of other information you have provided us by logging into the Platform and visiting your account profile page.

You may also send us a request to delete your data at any time by sending an email to support@openmeetingtech.com. Upon receiving a valid request, we will securely delete the data within 30 days. In some situations, we may not be able delete your Personal Information except by also deleting your user account.

If you delete your User Contributions from the Platform, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Platform users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Platform, including User Contributions, is governed by our terms of use.

Your State Privacy Rights

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Montana, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia provide (and other states may in the future provide) their state residents with rights to:

• Confirm whether we process their Personal Information.
• Access and delete certain Personal Information.
• Correct inaccuracies in their Personal Information, taking into account the information's nature processing purpose (excluding Iowa and Utah).
• Data portability.
• Opt-out of personal data processing for:
  • targeted advertising (excluding Iowa);
  • sales; or
  • profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects (excluding Iowa and Utah).
• Either limit (opt-out of) or require consent to process sensitive personal data.

Data Security

We take data security seriously. We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Information, login information, and other data from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All data is stored securely with access restricted to authorized individuals. Regular security audits are conducted to ensure the protection of data. Sensitive and private data exchange occurs over a "Secure Lockets Layer" (SSL) secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures. We retain data as needed to provide you with the Platform and related services and as required by law. Upon reaching the end of the retention period, data will be securely deleted from all storage mediums.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Platform, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the Platform like message boards. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the Platform.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted through our Platform. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update our privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' Personal Information, we will post the new privacy policy on this page. The date this policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for periodically visiting the policy to check for any changes.

Use of YouTube and Google User Data

When you enable the YouTube streaming feature within the OpenMeeting platform, we use Google APIs to facilitate live video broadcasting to YouTube. This section explains how we access, use, store, and share your Google user data.

What We Access

If you connect a YouTube account, we may access limited Google account information necessary to:

• Authenticate your account
• Create and manage YouTube live broadcasts on your behalf
• Display your YouTube channel or stream status within the OpenMeeting platform

How We Use Google User Data

We use your Google user data only to provide and support the streaming functionality. Specifically, we may:

• Start and stop YouTube livestreams during your meetings
• Set video titles or metadata based on your meeting information
• Display the stream link or embed on your public meeting portal (if enabled)

How We Store Google User Data

• We do not store your Google account password.
• If we store any tokens, they are encrypted and used only to maintain your authorized connection to YouTube.
• We retain only the minimum data necessary to provide the streaming service.

Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or share your Google user data with third parties. We may disclose it only:

• As required by law or legal process
• To trusted service providers acting on our behalf and bound by confidentiality
• To comply with Google's API and security policies

Limited Use Compliance

Our use of Google user data complies with Google's Limited Use Policy. We do not:

• Use data for unauthorized purposes
• Transfer data outside of the approved services
• Allow human review of content except with your consent, as required by law, or for security reasons
